Bill was appointed to the Board of ARC in November 2009 and is a member of the Finance Committee.

Bill is currently at Metropolitan Glide Ltd having been Claims Manager, UK Legacy at RSA, which was a new position.

Previously Bill was employed at Tawa Management from 2004, where he was the Head of Claims. As part of the Tawa management team he operated extensively in the due diligence process of run-off acquisition targets, as well as assisting the Tawa Consultancy offering to the market.

Bill was previously at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and has worked in the insurance and reinsurance industry for over 30 years in an underwriting and claims capacity.

Bill has contributed articles on claims management and claims audits/inspections to Insurance Day, Run-off Magazine, and Mealeys, and has periodically spoken on the same subject matter at industry seminars.
