REINSURANCE TRIO DRIVE DEVELOPMENT OF PARABIS AUDIT & LEGACY BUSINESS

Parabis, the innovative and diverse insurance services group, is signalling the expansion of its reinsurance offering with a series of key hires.

Under the banner of Argent Audit & Legacy, Parabis has hired the highly-experienced John Halls to head up the development of this emerging area of business for the group.

John Halls, who has more than 30 years’ experience of the insurance industry, most recently as Managing Director of Compre Services (UK) Ltd, is joined by reinsurance specialist Jenny Fair and Mark Wilmot director of operations at Fidelis Consultants.

The trio will be working alongside audit specialists TurnStone, a business acquired by Parabis earlier this year, and the expert reinsurance and specialty legal team at Plexus Law, led by partner Darren Hanison.

John Halls will be driving the development of Argent Audit & Legacy. He has extensive UK and international reinsurance and risk management experience, notably in rationalising and managing in-house and outsourced legacy operations.

Jenny Fair was Managing Director of Continental European-focused insurance and reinsurance consultancy, Fidelis Consultants Limited, before joining Argent. She has worked in the international insurance sector for over 30 years, notably with the Hartford Financial Services Group and for PwC’s discontinued insurance business operation before running Fidelis.
