The Board of Compre (1) Limited, which is the ultimate holding company of the Compre group of companies, is pleased to announce the appointment of George Boden as Chairman of the Compre Board.

George has spent his entire working life in the financial services industry. He is chairman of Centrix Insurance Holdings Limited, a director of Lonmar Global Risks Limited and a director of Bluefin Group Limited. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute and a board member of the London and International Insurance Brokers Association (LIIBA). George successfully led the restructuring of the SBJ group taking it from a publicly quoted company to a private concern backed by private equity, and ultimately leading its sale to a major insurance group.
