• To represent ARC members in discussions with the various trade bodies involved in the market’s regulation, systems and processes;
• To review regulatory and legal changes to assess their impact on members and make representations as required;
• To attend market committee meetings as required, including with Xchanging and Accord;
• To protect members interests if the market attempts to change the current infrastructure without due cognisance of the run-off markets requirements
