ARC's highly popular one day course has been upgraded to include developments from 2008/9, as well as to consider what problems are up and coming, it is also bringing greater focus to key areas such as Part VII’s and Solvency II.

• New for 2009-  Latent Claims interactive negotiation following John Haarlow LLBL & Mark Allan’s presentation this session will be led by Nick Watford of PricewaterhouseCoopers, this gathers together all delegates to consider a conflict and determine how to resolve it to close the deal
