Special one off presentation: Colin Wynter QC and Andrew Burns of Devereux Chambers along with Nigel Morson (formerly RSA) and Julian Miller of Beachcroft LLP on Asbestos Claims in the UK.

Also, ARC is holding a special break out session in the afternoon which will work with delegates to gather information regarding specific concerns and discuss areas which could merit further exploration regarding some form of combined broker and legacy sector initiative. The information from this event will be used to form the foundation of a survey which will go out to ARC members later in the year.
