ARC ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2011 AND PANEL SESSION – Change of Location and Timetable

Location: Ball Brothers, Minster Pavement, Minster Court, Mincing Lane, London EC3R 7PP

o 3.30pm Tea/coffee
o 3.45pm ARC AGM - reports from Board and election of officers.
o 4.15pm Andrew Dyer to give a short presentation from the FSA
o 4.30pm Panel discussion chaired by Peter Taylor on “Does legacy hold any more surprises?”
o 5.30pm Event ends

The ARC Board, having been made aware of the Rendezvous Band’s charity fund-raising event for Breakthrough Cancer which is being held in Revolution, starting from 5.30pm on Thursday 13, October, 2011, do not want to detract from this valuable cause by holding the AGM as previously scheduled. As you are aware the band has performed at a number of run-off events and would therefore be targeting the run-off community for this fund raiser and it is expected that many ARC members will want to support the charity event.

This location, the usual venue for ARC forums is conveniently close to Revolution, where the fund-raiser is taking place, but as it is a smaller venue, ARC members will be given preferential booking. For full details of the programme visit our website at www.arclegacy.eu

Non-members may also register for the panel discussion but due to limited space priority will be given to ARC members. In the event that a space becomes available you will be informed and there will be a small fee of £10.00 collectable on the day. Many thanks for your kind co-operation
