Clare was elected to the board in November 2007. Clare joined PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Coopers & Lybrand) in 1989 and has been involved in corporate recovery work since this time working on insolvencies across a wide range of sectors including telecoms and construction.
Since 2002 she has focused on the financial services sector working on a number of insurance assignments as well as others such as Lehman Brothers and Keydata Investment Services more recently.
Clare has been involved in a number of solvent schemes for insurers and reinsurers over the recent years and has also assisted with aspects of the insolvencies of Independent Insurance and Folksam International.
Clare is a Chartered Accountant and an Insolvency Practitioner. |
